This form is intended for studio owners or teachers who wish to register a group to benefit from our Group Discount Program. Once submitted, our team will contact you within 48 hours with your total and payment instructions.

Group Registration Details

Please indicate the total number of dancers from your studio.

Mini/Juniors (12 & under) - Inter/Advanced (13 years & over)

Select your group size bracket
5–10 dancers → 5% off
11–19 dancers → 5% off + 1 free dancer + 1 free teacher
20–29 dancers → 5% off + 2 free dancers + 2 free teachers
30+ dancers → 5% off + 3 free dancers + 3 free teachers

Discounts apply to both Early Bird and Regular rates.
