Full Out Dance Convention is now accepting applications for our 2026 Assistant Team.

We’re looking for dancers 18+ who embody passion, versatility, and commitment. As a Full Out Assistant, you’ll gain exclusive mentorship from our faculty, assist in classes, help create a positive and professional environment, and represent the Full Out standard across every city we visit.

This experience is more than an opportunity — it’s a launchpad for dancers who want to grow, connect, and inspire.
