Perform & Grow
Unique Format:
Similar format to a competition, BUT you’ll have 5 to 7 minutes on stage to showcase your solo, duo, or trio and then immediately after, receive live feedback from one of the judges. There are no scores and no rankings the focus is ENTIRELY on the experience, growth, and learning. It’s a rare chance to shine in front of your peers and receive constructive feedback from industry professionals.
Live Feedback:
Right after your performance, a judge takes the mic to give you immediate, personalized insights. Your strengths, standout moments, and the small details that can make all the difference are highlighted — helping you grow faster and elevate your performance before competition season.
Growth Map:
Beyond live notes, each judge records a complete, personalized review of your performance. You’ll then receive these recordings along with a progression plan designed by the Full Out team — a clear roadmap to refine your work and strategically prepare for the competition season ahead.
